Robbers use apparent AK-47 in Sheraden street robbery
SHERADEN, Pa. -- Police said an AK-47 rifle was used during a street robbery in Sheraden.
Investigators said the incident happened near Landis Street Monday night.
Police put out a community alert and said the victims were parking when two men between the ages of 17 and 20 approached them, using what the victims said appeared to be an AK-47.
After stealing several items, police said the men ran down Thornton Street towards Sheridan Park.
So far, no arrests have been made.
